With over 30 years of diverse experience in customer service, administration, and operations, Kendra Yerian brings a wealth of expertise to Lakshmi Global. She has worked across various industries, including luxury brand concierge services, startup environments, and educational institutions. Kendra has played key roles in training teams, implementing new service protocols, and developing systems to enhance customer care experiences.
Her career began in customer service with major brands, later expanding into managing extended insurance claims for Whirlpool's luxury division, where she helped shape and train new systems. As an Administrative Assistant at the University of Michigan, she contributed to HR and created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. Kendra's background also includes working with Salesforce to design a database for a startup, showcasing her adaptability and technological skills.
Throughout her career, Kendra has thrived in team-building and leadership, serving as a backup for supervisory roles and providing crucial operational support. At Lakshmi Global, Kendra’s focus is on optimizing client services and improving operational processes to ensure success for both clients and internal teams.
Outside of work, Kendra is an avid pet lover, sharing her life with three full-sized dogs, a toy chihuahua, and a cat. Her passion for fiber arts and design has also led her to teach and create in the world of knitwear and yarn design.
