Jess Anderson is the President and founder of Lakshmi Global, a company committed to connecting businesses with top-tier talent across the globe. With over 35 years of experience in business strategy, digital marketing, design, and invention, Jess has cultivated a career focused on fostering growth, inclusivity, and sustainable success.
Raised in Michigan by a Filipina mother and an American father, Jess’s diverse background and experiences living in Europe, Asia, Canada, Israel, and the UK have shaped her global outlook and approach to business. She combines her entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics to create impactful, human-centered solutions.
A designer and inventor, Jess holds two patents and co-designed the Voov Hundhaus with Norwegian industrial designer Terje Meyer and her father, Sam Donoho. Jess’s expertise spans advising businesses on sales, strategy, and digital marketing, always prioritizing inclusivity and long-term growth.
In the late 1990s, Jess became one of the first ambassadors for eBay, where she played a pivotal role in training individuals to master the eBay platform and develop successful selling strategies. She also contributed to the creation of eBay's “How To” guidebook, published by Simon & Schuster, solidifying her as a trailblazer in the e-commerce world.
As a mother of three adult sons and an energetic tween daughter, Jess balances her extensive professional experience with a grounded, practical approach to business and life. She shares her home with four cats, and two dogs, and remains deeply committed to creating opportunities for aging workers, minorities, and disabled individuals in today’s workforce.
